We are glad you came our way
The campus has remained central in the program of God for His Church and the society at large. The scourge of cultism, exam malpractices, drug and substance abuse, sexual immorality and other vices is undermining the potential of our youths in tertiary institutions nationwide.
That is why we’re in the business of student work, and that we will continue to be. Students are really our mission field. We take time to know their culture and language. When your sons and daughters go to higher institution at almost any major university or college in the country, they can expect a NIFES group to be there to encourage them, help them and stretch them in terms of their walk with the Lord. We will enlist them in joining our commitment to engage the university world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We will be there to assist with their vocational integration, and will help them find their place in the world mission of the church.
We believe strongly in student leadership. We believe that God does give leadership gifts to students. We want to help them develop those gifts so they can be leaders during their school years and in their local church for the rest of their lives.
Along with a real dependence on scripture, quality of time, quality of communication, love relationships and much more… exist at NIFES. Despite having been in the work of reaching students for Christ since 1968, you’d never catch us resting on our oars!
